Mr. Sarsfield is an associate at Adams Silva & McNally LLP, where he provides advice and counsel regarding special education matters, student matters, labor and employment law, and general education law.
Mr. Sarsfield attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Sarsfield was a judicial extern for the Honorable Andrew G. Schopler at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
Additionally, Mr. Sarsfield focused his studies extensively on education law. Mr. Sarsfield clerked for Disability Rights California and externed at Sweetwater Union High School District. On campus, Mr. Sarsfield was the Co-Chair for Representatives for Youth in Academic Affairs and interned for the Education and Disability Clinic, where he received the Outstanding Service Award. Mr. Sarsfield also served as a research assistant for California School Law, 4th Ed. (Stanford University Press, 2026). Mr. Sarsfield is published in Volume 62 of the San Diego Law Review.
Prior to joining Adams Silva & McNally, Mr. Sarsfield represented public agencies and educational institutions in various labor and employment matters.
