Adams Silva & McNally LLP (ASM), a growing law firm representing California public school districts and other public agencies, seeks a highly capable and motivated attorney with 1-3 years’ experience. This position will handle a variety of matters, including labor and employment, governance, student, and special education issues. ASM prides itself on providing the highest quality legal services and making a positive impact on education. This candidate must be team oriented, and able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail. Education and/or public agency experience preferred but not required.

LOCATION : This position is open in El Segundo and Carlsbad, CA. Full-time or part-time; remote and/or hybrid opportunities available.

COMPENSATION : This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, with a pay range of $115,000 to $150,000. ASM provides full health benefits for full-time employees, a generous 401(K) plan and paid holidays.

This candidate must be team oriented, and able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail.
