Ms. Rollins is Of Counsel at Adams Silva & McNally LLP. She is a highly experienced education law attorney who has had the pleasure of serving school districts on a range of matters, including labor and employment, student issues, special education, governance, and charter petitions. Ms. Rollins has represented school districts in matters before the Office of Administrative Hearings, the Public Employment Relations Board, and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and has also conducted employee disciplinary hearings before school boards and designees.
Ms. Rollins first became interested in education through her father, who served as a special education teacher for over 20 years. During college, she provided tutoring services to low-income, first-generation, college-bound students through the Upward Bound program, and she later interned for the special education division of the Office of Administrative Hearings during law school. Ms. Rollins fortunate to practice education law and to work alongside conscientious administrators who have the best interests of students at heart.
