Mr. Priebe is an associate attorney in the Carlsbad office of Adams Silva & McNally. Mr. Priebe focuses his practice on a wide variety of legal issues, including labor and employment, special education, governance, and student matters.
Mr. Priebe’s passion for education developed as a volunteer with several organizations dedicated to assisting individuals with disabilities and his service as an inclusion mentor supporting students with special needs. He later worked as a paraeducator for his local public school system, gaining experience in classroom instruction and behavioral support.
While obtaining his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, Mr. Priebe externed for a federal magistrate judge. He also served with the University of San Diego’s Education and Disability Clinic, representing low-income parents of students with disabilities in special education disputes. In addition, Mr. Priebe also competed in moot court tournaments and worked as a tutor and teaching assistant.
Mr. Priebe joined Adams Silva & McNally as a law clerk in 2024 and transitioned to an associate attorney in 2025.
