Rachael Daniel is an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Adams Silva & McNally. Her practice focuses on a wide variety of legal issues, including special education, labor and employment, student discipline issues, and governance.
Prior to joining Adams Silva & McNally, Ms. Daniel worked at Children’s Law Center of California, where represented foster children in dependency proceedings, both as their attorney and Guardian ad Litem.
Ms. Daniel graduated from University of California, Davis with a degree in Environmental Policy, Analysis, and Planning. She attended Lewis & Clark Law School where she was Managing Editor of The Environmental Review.
As a product of the public school system, Ms. Daniel is excited to work with educators who want their students to thrive.
