Mr. Wolfsohn’s career began as a Public Defender in San Diego where he gained invaluable courtroom experience in all stages of courtroom proceedings, from arraignment to trial, while working with a variety of clients from unique and diverse backgrounds. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wolfsohn spent the past thirteen years working as an Associate, and then Senior Associate, with another law firm representing school districts and other public agencies.
Mr. Wolfsohn serves the firm’s clients in the areas of labor and employment, governance, personnel administration and the merit system, and contract negotiations. Mr. Wolfsohn has successfully represented school districts in mediations and administrative hearings before the Public Employment Relations Board and Office of Administrative Hearings and has appeared on behalf of school district and municipal clients in civil litigation hearings in courtrooms throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties.

Mr. Wolfsohn’s years of experience gained by working closely with officials and employees at all levels of agency administration enables him to relate with our clients and comfortably provide them with guidance to address and overcome the issues they confront.
