John LaCrosse is an associate in the Carlsbad office of Adams Silva & McNally LLP. Mr. LaCrosse focuses his practice on a wide variety of legal issues facing school districts, including labor and employment, governance, student discipline issues, and special education.
Prior to joining Adams, Silva, & McNally, Mr. LaCrosse worked as a legal intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the San Diego Office of County Counsel, where he assisted in defending a variety constitutional law and other claims. Mr. LaCrosse also worked as a law clerk in the Juvenile Division of the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, where he represented indigent youth in daily hearings. In addition, Mr. LaCrosse served as an intern in the Appeals, Writs and Trials Division of the California Attorney General’s Office, where he wrote and delivered oral arguments in criminal appellate cases.
While in law school, Mr. LaCrosse was a member of the Mock Trial Team and the St. Thomas More Society. He also served as a judicial extern for a superior court judge in Contra Costa County, California.
